During class we don't generally have time to dive into the intricacies of breathing. So we are hosting a workshop by internationally recognized teacher/trainer, Morgan Vanderpool, LICSW, E-RYT who has over a decade of experience supporting folk in their healing processes, through trauma sensitive breath and movement.
