ASCENT SUMMER CAMPS
Fitness should be fun, not a chore!
At our summer camps, students will discover their strength and movement skills with our fun and effective natural movement training program.
Camps will be partly indoors at our inclusive facility and part outside at the local park. Every day students will learn new skills using age appropriate strength training, movement practice, and free play.
Students will build confidence, increase athletic ability and develop a richer and healthier relationship with their bodies.
