Running Club
July 18-September 5

Join the Ascent Fam for a summer trail Running Club! In this 8 week course we will build up to a 5k run. You will learn skills on how to warm up for running, reduce overuse injuries, pace yourself and have fun doing one of the most accessible sports out there. All levels and paces welcome.

This course will be offered in a 12:1 student to coach ratio

July 24-September 14
Mondays 6:15pm
Thursdays 7:00am

This is an 8-week kettlebell course for all levels and bodies. Through the course you will learn how to progress from a kettlebell swing to a snatch while also learning and practicing many other kettlebell specific drills and flows. Kettlebell work is an excellent form of do anywhere, low impact, strength and conditioning training. This course will be focused on using kettlebells to improve your aerobic conditioning while also improving your strength and technique.
